Data Deletion Request
Your right to be forgotten — GDPR Article 17 / CCPA
You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once it is complete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your name and email address from our order records.
- Your shipping address.
- Any support correspondence associated with your email.
What We May Retain
We may retain anonymized transaction records (order totals, dates) for accounting and legal compliance purposes, with all personal identifiers removed.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to miloswarejr@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address used when placing your order.
- Your order number (if available).
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Third-Party Data
Payment data is stored by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy. Shipping data shared with CJ Dropshipping for fulfilled orders may be retained by them per their own data policies.
