Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund.
Eligible for a Full Refund
- Item arrived damaged or defective.
- Item is significantly different from what was described or shown.
- Item was never delivered (after 14 business days from order date).
- Wrong item was sent.
For these cases, no return shipment is required — just send us a photo and we will issue your refund immediately.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, we offer a refund minus the original shipping cost. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund

- If the item is defective or wrong, attach a photo.
- We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
